Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care (AFMC), Bluegrass Association and the Arkansas
Dept. of Health are partnering to provide Free COVID-19 Pfizer vaccines to those 12 and
older.
First doses will be available at this clinic. Please have your COVID-19 vaccine card with
you if requesting a second dose or booster dose. If you do not have your vaccine card,
you may contact your local health unit for a copy.
