MVES - Students in Mrs. Robinson's class investigated the use of festive materials to see who could build the tallest "Shelf for their Elf." J.J. Kniss created the tallest structure, measuring in at 6 1/2 inches tall. Then students predicted if marshmallows would melt faster in cold, warm, or hot water. They discovered that heat causes molecules to gain energy, thus melting the sugars in the marshmallows.

MVES - Congratulations to Brooklynn Rentz and Josie Roberts, our November & December winners of the most points earned in our after-school reading program!!
