According to The Arkansas Department of Health, the number of Covid-19 cases in Stone County has increased to 50-99 infections per 10,000 people. This number puts our students and staff back into the High-Risk Level Assessment (Red Zone). As the Mountain View School District is out of session next week for the Thanksgiving holiday, it will not affect our mask policy at this time. However, should the number of cases remain at the current level, masks for all students, staff and visitors will be required at all indoor events upon the resumption of classes on Monday, November 29th.
